Omapuhasti rajamisel tuleb<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">j\u00e4rgida Anija valla reovee kohtk\u00e4itluse ja \u00e4raveo eeskirja ning ehitusprojektis kajastada ja<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">esitada eeskirja \u00a7 5 n\u00f5utud andmed ja dokumendid. Kui omapuhastiks oleva imbs\u00fcsteemi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00f5juraadius (50 m) ulatub naaberkinnistule tuleb esitada naaberkinnistu omaniku<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">koosk\u00f5lastus. Koosk\u00f5lastus tuleb v\u00f5tta asendiplaani peale, kus on \u00e4ra n\u00e4idatud ka<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">imbs\u00fcsteemi m\u00f5juraadius. Koosk\u00f5lastusega peab naaberkinnistu omanik kinnitama, et on<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teadlik ja n\u00f5ustub imbs\u00fcsteemi m\u00f5juraadiuse ulatumisega tema kinnistule ning et ta on teadlik,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et imbs\u00fcsteemi m\u00f5juraadiusesse ei ole tal v\u00f5imalik kaevusid rajada. Puurkaevust peab<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">imbs\u00fcsteem j\u00e4\u00e4ma v\u00e4hemalt 60 m kaugusele (sh naaberkinnistute kaevudest).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.
